Alchemy Ink will take care in handeling clients film, originals, and other materials in a safe and professional manner. However, your submission of any photographic materials to us constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss of materials by us or our agents will entitle you only to the replacement of a like amount of film and processing. No other warrenty is implied or expressed and recovery by the customer of any incidental or consequential damages is hereby excluded. Alchemy Ink also assumes no liability for the loss or damage to orders in transit.
